Renaissance Tower provides excellent access to multiple modes of transportation. It is located a few blocks from the on-ramp to Interstate 35E and Woodall Rodgers Freeway, which leads eastward to Interstate 75 and westward to Interstate 35E and the Dallas North Tollway. Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) light rail runs immediately in front of the building and stops at the Akard Street station, just across Field Street from the property. DART West End Bus Station is just two blocks west of the building and provides access to 24 citywide bus routes. The property also connects to downtown's extensive underground walkway system.
The Renaissance Tower Parking Garage provides approximately 1,100 parking spaces for tenants and visitors. Our Twelve - story self-park facility is located directly across Pacific Avenue from the building and accessible via a weather-protected underground tunnel. Garage entrance and exits are on Pacific Avenue and Patterson Street, providing easy access to balance of downtown Dallas and the Dallas freeway system.
"Go Green" has a new meaning for our Renaissance Tower Garage parkers. We are proud to announce that reserved space are now available on the 5th level of the garage for drivers of Hybrid vehicles. There will be no extra charge for these reserved spaces which will be located directly across from the elevator entrance.
The garage is a series of up and down ramps with cross over points on all odd floors beginning with the third level. At each of the twelve levels, large blue graphic numbers indicate the parking level. Three elevators serve the parking garage to ensure quick, efficient service to and from both the underground tunnel and the street level entrance.
RESERVED AND NON-RESERVED PARKING CONTRACTS
Purchase monthly parking passes, both reserved and non-reserved, at the parking office in the lower level of Renaissance Tower. The office is located next to Renaissance's Tower's fitness center, RenFit. Reserved parking is currently available on level 1- 4 of the garage. Level 5 - 12 offer ample non-reserved parking for both monthly and daily parkers. The garage also accommodates handicap parking in specially designated, clearly marked on each level.
The garage is open and accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week from the Pacific Street entrance on the south side.
At 6:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, the Patterson Street entrance/exit opens on the north side of the garage and remains open until 6:00 p.m.
After 6:00 p.m. weekdays and throughout the weekend, all monthly and transit parkers must exit on the Pacific Street side.
