Renaissance Tower is a 56-story, 1,738,979 square foot Class A trophy office tower located in the heart of the Dallas Central Business District. Completed in 1974, the office tower was substantially renovated between 1986 and 1991 and emerged with a heightened image and even more illustrious profile within Downtown Dallas. Crystal Court

Rising above the property's outdoor plaza, the Crystal Court is a nine-story, half pyramid built of glass and structural trusses. The Crystal Court is a great location to grab lunch for both tenants and the public. Restaurants include: Potbelly, Chick-fil-A, Dickey’s BBQ, Ardy’s Mediterranean, Great Wraps, Kuai Asian Fusion, Burguesa Burger, Fiesta de Frutas. * Hours and operations may be affected by Covid-19.

Starbucks

Here at Renaissance Tower, we have our very own Starbucks on the ground floor. It is open to both building tenants and the general public. You can also order Starbucks online on their website or download their app and pick it up in store. HOURS Monday - Friday: 5:30 am – 6 pm, Saturday - Sunday: 7 am – 4 pm * Hours and operation may be affected by Covid-19.

CONFERENCE CENTER

The building conference facilities, which consist of three specially sized rooms ranging from 14 to 200 seats, are available to all tenants and can be reserved at half-day or full-day prices. The reservation includes use of the waiting area and also the full kitchen and setup area. Please reach out to building management for pricing and availability.

Besides recommending behaviors that reduce overhead and office consumption, building management offers a recycling program that can be customized to any office type or size, and provides guidance on the proper disposal of assorted waste, including electronics. Since awareness is crucial to educating occupants on the benefits of sustainability, SouthPark Towers partners with EPA, U.S. Green Building Council and others in promoting energy and resource efficiency through exciting campaigns, from national Earth Day to “Change the World, Start with ENERGY STAR.
