Spacious 15 x 25 ft. room which connects The Reception Area with The Florence Room, The Venice Room, and the Kitchen. It can support registration activities, meeting breaks, coffee service and even provide a serving area for catered meals.

An elegant 20 x 32 ft. boardroom with a beautiful, wooden conference table as its centerpiece. Executive leather chairs surround the table and can be added around the walls. It is perfect for more intimate, decision-making meetings and presentations.

 

The Florence Room

A gathering place for medium to large groups ranging in size from 100 to 200. Its spacious 48 x 53 ft. dimensions can be configured into auditorium-style row-seating, rows of tables facing the speaker, groups of tables in a dining or training format, and virtually endless variations of arrangements to accommodate whatever your meeting objectives happen to be. Satellite communications links can connect you with video and / or audio hook-ups to other cities throughout the nation and the world.

 

The Venice Room

A medium-sized chamber for groups of up to 35. The dimensions of 16 x 38 ft. are suitable for a variety of arrangements from row-seating with chairs only, or including sturdy tables for training settings which can support all types of computer equipment. Extend electrical outlets in the floor via modern power towers to provide both electricity as well as phone lines to the table tops. Built-in training aids include a pull-down screen and a dray erase board.
